Family/personal information? She and her husband Alan have a son, Trevor, 19, and daughter Heather, 12. As a family, they take several trips a year seeing the world.

What makes a good CEO? “Having a near endless supply of energy that allows you to see the big picture, set and communicate the vision and purpose, and focus on what’s most important. If you take good care of your people, then they are motivated to take care of the customers’ individual needs, and your customers will take care of your company.”
